"예약번호 및 예약자 검색이 안되서 인터폰 연결했지만 작동하지 않아 전화연결을 해야겠고, 사전 예약을 했음에도 불구하고 체크인까지의 과정이 다소 매끄럽지 않았던 점이 마이너스 요인이었다. 또한, 료칸을 대단히 사용할 생각은 없었지만 물이 닿자마자 거품이 일거나 간단한 샤워에도 물이 고여서 내려가지 않는 등 여러모로 청결도에 대한 믿음이 상당히 떨어졌다. 하지만 조용하고 침구나 룸의 컨디션은 나쁘지 않았다."

"Ended up having to extend my stay in Korea due to weather back home and saw this hotel was available for a few nights. I can’t recommend this hotel enough! Staff was very nice and helpful, allowed me to drop my baggage off before check in while I went and walked around. Room was extremely nice and clean, heated floors were a nice touch. The tub was very much needed. It was about a 10 minute walk to Osan air base and a 10 minute walk to the train station! "
