"Location was brilliant for the centre of Belfast. The room was always spotless for the full 5 nights we were there.
Some negative points were: issues with door access cards and reception staff who would only reprogram cards that would not hold the programming instead of using new cards, which they did 2 days later, no problems thereafter. The soap dispenser did not work and would have been easy to spot by the maid(s). The fan in the toilet did not work for the entire stay and the toilet seat was...
"There will be a kettle in your room with tea packets. The oven, stovetop, and laundry machine does not work. There is a working fridge. The TV has channels and apps to watch shows/films. If you like to walk, this is the place to be. However, if you do not, take the bus because the city centre is 1.6km. There is no front desk, if you need help you have to go outside and ring the bell to alert the staff. The room was nice and comfy."
"A beautiful Georgian mansion. Lovely host. However no TV; "fully breakfast" was advertised, but only a meager cold cereal or toast offered. I think they should revise their ad to accurately reflect there is NO FULL breakfast."
"Room was clean bed very comfortable had a good sleep except sometimes the bedroom door rattled (room 2), needs door stop moved an inch so door doesn't rattle when someone else on the building opens or closes theirs

"The customer service staff was incredibly helpful! We left a bag behind and Adam was extremely cooperative in getting it sent as a parcel to our next hotel."
"I was really taken back by the size of the room (extremely small) but it was clean. The bed however was sunken in in the middle. The toilet roll holder was not fixed and fell off. I had to re-attached it. I locked the bathroom door when I had a shower and really panicked when I couldn't unlock it which wasn't pleasant. The walls are paper thin and I could hear everything eg others walking or using the bathroom. For the cost I thought it was very expensive. "
"When we arrived we realized we hadn’t been sent any information on how to enter the property. It was downpouring and it took over two hours to figure out how to gain access to the place. We ended up having to walk down to the Starbucks to use their WiFi and get on chat with Expedia. They said the booking didn’t register so they weren’t notified of it despite the fact that we paid. Supposedly we were upgraded but the room we were in looked exactly like what we had booked. The place was fine but...
"Given a room with a stench of cigarettes. Thankfully I had it changed. Initial key given not working. Environment overgrown with grass.
Surprisingly met instructions in the property that cooking was not allowed. Never saw that when booking. Cleanliness good though"
"Great room with space to spare. Power shower hot water was good. Bed comfy. Wish there was also a sheet, not just a duvet/doonah. Too hot in summer for a duvet!
Do-able walk from city centre, or bus public transport.
Quiet street.
Good breakfast, worth the £10."
"Bedroom was nice. It was nice to have a bed to sleep in and a working restroom. We shared the building with other guests and never saw the owner.
Washing machine has mold. Shower has mold. They had lots of rules of how you can/cannot use the kitchen."
