"Lovely small place which was nice and quiet. Room was clean. Couldn’t hear any planes even though we were very close. My only problem, and it’s not about the actual accommodation, but it’s not that easy to find, being tucked away in a small lane which is difficult to see. It’s on the opposite side of the Airport Tavern and from there you need to head UP the road and past The Forge. But it is within easy walking distance of the airport, only taking approximately 10mins"

"Jonny, the host was friendly, courteous and very helpful. Cannot be faulted. Room and en suite basic, but bed clean and comfortable. Plenty of storage drawers, small table and chairs a nice touch. Shower room small but clean, with good shower pressure. Although above a pub, the rooms are unexpectedly quiet. Budget-friendly - if you want all the “bells & whistles”, then you’d have to pay much more for a room. Well worth the money."

"The room we got was above the outdoor patio and the main intersection. This meant that we got a lot of traffic noise as well as loud conversatinos even past 3:00am. Staff will take care of complaints of on-property but have no way to control street noise. We were in the room when the temperatures were high but leaving the windows open night was not an option due to the noise. A fan might help"

"Overall great value for money accommodation! Quite central to Bristol and the area around has a lot of shops and places to eat very lively atmosphere with students etc. The communication was excellent and staff were attentive. House is nice, quite basic inside, and a little run down but clean and no safety concerns. Parking is limited to paid on the street, and it's a busy area with a fair bit of road noise all night due to single pane windows. But overall good and well organised letting company...
