"Our stay at the Palm for the short stay was ideal. The hotel was under construction so the pool and garden area were not accessible. The elevator needed some servicing, getting stock sometimes. But for a small hotel the stairs were easy to take. And its understandable while under construction. It appeared that they were short on staff.
