"This is a fantastic property, VERY clean, a 5 minute walk from Earls Court Underground Station, free hot drinks and cold, sparkling and hot water. I had a cosy double, which is cosy but still very pleasant and well laid out. Toaster and microwave in communal reception. Only bad thing, the towels are very small! Highly recommended and reasonably priced, most hotels can take an example from this hotel. "

"Room was precarious and definitely not the one advertised under which booking was made. I've asked the reception to get the specified room in question and he refused pretexting the 4th floor is not for customers. Amusingly enough, as I have been booked on many occasions on that very floor, I knew he was lying. The room I ended up was dirty, not cleaned The smell of the previous occupants was still there ( cigarettes) , a non-functional heating , windows not closing properly. Only one light...
