We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were excellent, friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our visit. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience, including providing some really good recommendations for local places to visit and eat.
There was one personal issue during our stay, but the staff handled it promptly and professionally, and it was resolved to my satisfaction. I really appreciated how responsive they were.

"Great Stay everything was smooth. Pool is gorgeous. Hostile room for most days smelled very bad. AC broke a few times. At one point door battery broke. Manager doesn’t have customer service. But everyone else was kind and the restraunt had great food ! Would stay again :) Loved San Pedro and how close the hotel was to everything."

"The level of customer service was personal and exceptional. My room was large and I appreciated the full size refrigerator and large balcony. This is a newer hotel, the owner Jake makes himself accessible, Jennifer was on site to make sure things ran smoothly, and this hotel is in walking distance of local food spots. Experience is everything, and I had an excellent & restful experience at this hotel. I absolutely hands down recommend Hibisco, and I 100% will stay here again when I make it back...

The location was centrally located to just about anything you needed in town. We were walking distance to everything. The negative part of being so centrally located was it got super loud at night especially on the weekends."
"We stayed in Cabana #4, perfect for couples. This hotel boutique was lovely. The property manager was extremely helpful with any questions I had. The room and bathroom were clean and well maintained. The balcony was a nice touch, where you can sit outside or dry your clothes/beach essentials. The room both had an AC and a fan - which worked great. If you like to travel and experience the local culture, this is located in the heart of the South of the Island where you can explore different shops...
"Everything was perfect. The location was ideal for us — only a 5-10 minute walk to the center of town, it’s close to all the action but far away enough to give you some peace and quiet. The staff was lovely, the room was huge, and all was very clean. Highly recommend staying here!"
"Very cute room (we stayed in a cabana that Sarah upgraded us to! Thank you!) and comfy huge king sized bed. AC worked well. Everything was super clean and had what we needed! The only downside was the mosquitoes since we were right on the canal, and it was a 30 min walk into town (or a 10usd/20bzd golfcart taxi, or ride the free bikes if you’re comfortable). Not much within short walking distance but very quiet area if you want to stay out of town. Sarah sent us a nice list with helpful things...
