"The beds are comfortable, good location if you want to be where restaurants and bars are. There’s no parking at the historic casque. There’re public parkings 10 min walking distance."
"No Air Conditioning on a summer night. Who wants to stay in such a hotel. It doesn't say anywhere that the hotel doesn't have A/C. You expect A/C. It's like expecting hot water on the shower. But it's true, no A/C, just a ceiling fan recirculating hot air all night. The wifi was also terrible, on and off continuously. Stay at Hotel Infantado for a better sleep in the summer."
"You get for what you pay. My advice just pay extra for a better place.
Positive: we could see El Puente Romano from our room.
The rooms are not pretty and breakfast is barely minimal. But it was great for a one night before our beautiful hike to the lakes."
"We enjoyed our stay . Our room was very spacious, equal to 4 star locations and the amenities were very good ( parking and restaurant ). It was an easy 5 minute drive into the small town which had more restaurants and shops. This hotel is located in a beautiful area of the Picos de Europe, ideal for those who enjoy hiking and nature Meals ( breakfast and dinner) were very good and the restaurant staff were excellent and very helpful
The hotel quality, location and service is far better than many...
"Gehorige slaapkamers.
Fijn dat wel het terras wel gebruikt kon worden om te eten( waar het hotel zelf niet aan voorziet)
geen drankautomaat of koffie te krijgen in de avond.
Drukte straat ,maar oordopjes zijn aanwezig.
bad zonder stop.
Ontbijt was goed. Maar alleen met toastbrood."
"Stunning location, very clean, spacious and comfortable room. Free access to beatifully decorated common areas and pool room adds an extra dimention. The whole space is very tasteful and well thought out."
"WiFi was spotty, parking was great. Fan/light kept turning on and off during the night. Walls paper thin and could hear every word of the neighbors. No restaurant on site like indicated. You’ll need to make reservations if you want to eat somewhere after 8pm in town."
"Personal muy agradable y estancia muy buena, lo único recomendaría renovar las almohadas/cojines y colchones, ya que a la hora de descansar fue un poco incómodo, lo dicho nos atendieron genial y fueron muy atentos, lo recomendaremos!!"
"Una experiencia increíble, las vistas son preciosas y la atención no ha podido ser mejor.
Hemos estado súper agusto y tienen un restaurante donde todo lo que cenamos fue increíble.
Tenemos claro que volveremos."
"We stayed here one night before starting a 3-day trek in Picos de Europa. The hotel was charming, clean and comfortable, the staff was really helpful, and there was free parking across the street where we were able to leave our car during our trek. Las Arenas is a cute mountain town, and everything was easily walkable, including an excellent restaurant across the street, and a bus we took to Sotres for the start of our hike."
