"The staff were very friendly and helpful upon arrival, offering information about the area and advice for getting around. The cleaning/service staff were also very friendly and cheerful.
The room was nice and large, nice big bed and all the useful amenities such as a mini fridge, hairdryer, soaps and shower gels etc. It also had extra pillows and a thick blanket in case the nights got chilly. The aircon was perfect and not too loud and night. We were on the top floor and there's no lift so bit...
"Do not stay at this hotel. This was a complete waste of money. Our flight did not arrive on time. We had sent an email to let the hotel to let them know that we would arrive late. They never responded. They did not respond to my expedia message, nor did they ever answer the phone! I called and called the phone number, in hopes of communicating with them. They left us completely out in the dark, literally. No communication at all! No help at all! We were supposed to stay for 3 nights and ended up...
"The front desk staff was helpful when they were there. Do not expect a late check in unless you specify it first. If something happens and you arrive later than planned (like we did) you will receive NO assistance. I left my phone on a train in Florence on our way to Pisa tower. Luckily I did get the phone back -the $ that was with it. But grateful to have my way to connect with my accommodations back. When I did the check in online earlier I received a letter telling me if I needed anything...
"We stayed at la rez a few years ago and loved it so we stayed here again this time. It's a little hard to find.but the staff is super helpful. A bonus is the church across the plaza where Vivaldi was baptized.
It's in a more residential area with kids playing in the square. Lots of nice restaurants. Nice AC. No elevator."
"Chambre à 3 lits réservée depuis plusieurs mois et pour 5 nuits.
Surprise à l'arrivée: petite chambre à 2 lits avec seulement un lit d'appoint au matelas très mince. Quant aux 2 autres lits, leur matelas était bien fatigué.
Salle de bain rudimentaire avec cabine de douche aux portes brinquebalantes.
Demande de changement de chambre refusée.
Petit déjeuner très basique.
INSATISFACTION globale"
"Great accommodations at a convenient location to Venice’s sights. A nice quiet street with immediate access to a lovely breakfast spot on the corner and a wonderful plaza."
