"Genuinely friendly staff make a pleasant stay"

"The staff was the only saving grace for our stay and the room was clean. We booked what was billed as a standard room - it did not occur to us that a "standard room" would be as small as 18 sq. meters (about 160 sq. ft.) - including the bathroom space. The room number was 106. The bed took up all but about 8 inches of the width of the room, the depth was about 6 meters (18 ft?). There was no room for a chair and no closet. "Lovely hotel, nice clean big room. Staff were very helpful, would certainly stay here again"

"NOTHING"
