Find 2 Star Hotels in Busnes from SAR 235

"We checked in at 0030 so reception was closed which was expected. The message from the hotel gave me a code to use to gain entry. At the hotel I was faced with a check in computer asking for my name and reservation number . After 20 minutes I could not find a reservation number it would accept We used the intercom to speak to someone and got the reservation number. Using this we ‘eventually ‘ got the door to open after about 5 attempts. The code sent by the hotel was infact the reservation number . A simple change in language could have assisted here . Without my message to the hotel prior to travelling this code would not have been sent or available - so despite not knowing this code was the reservation number - how are you supposed to find that out if you don’t know you need it till 0030 when you are tired and trying to check in. It was a poor check in process which even asked for around 2€ in payment and if we wanted breakfast etc . Can you imagine at 0030 if I want this - we just wanted to get to bed not be questioned A very poor system "

"Yes. Excellent amenities at a reasonnable price and very convenient locarion. Staff was eager to respond and cover any need."

"Having booked and requested dinner we arrived to be told ‘the restaurant is not open at the weekends.’ This was not clear anywhere on the information before we booked. After a long day at work and then travelling, to have to go and find a meal was not ideal. On the plus, on returning to the hotel with a takeaway, we were promptly shown to the restaurant and were able to eat our food with a bottle of wine."
