"Do not stay here. The front desk kept asking me about how much paid for my room, probably to decide where to place me irrespective what it said on my booking. I was put in a room in ground floor with no shower heads. The whole night there was noise next my room coming from within the hotel. Ans then 5 AM someone at the reception started playing loud music on their phone. I barely got any sleep the whole night."

"Essentially it is a very even cross between a hotel and guesthouse. I will basically stay here every time I come to Bucaramanga. The rooms were clean, spaces were organized, and it was everything I could have wanted between a hotel and hostel. One thing to note is that the shower in the room I had was tiny, so I used the one meant for rooms without one, simply because I wanted more space. If you were looking for a long term stay, this would be my recommendation over an Airbnb 100%."
"I was accused of something horrible by other guests and police was involved and o had to leave the hotel even though that they did not find any probable cause to be making the accusation. This was the worst experience I ever had. They “sent me” to a partener hotel where it kind of look nice but there were cockroaches in the room, and the room smelled as if there was a lot of collected dust, and I am allergic to dust. Mi estadía en este hotel fue maravillosa. La limpieza impecable de las habitaciones me dio una gran tranquilidad y comodidad desde el primer momento. Todo estaba cuidado al detalle, transmitiendo orden y frescura.
