"Hotel is helpfully close to the train and bus station- allowed us to get around easily. We used the hotel as a base but spent our days travelling around to different cities and villages so only used the room in the evenings.
It is worth a note that there is no air-conditioning when hot so keep this in mind."
"The apartment was clean and the location couldn't be better—just steps away from the train station, which made getting around extremely convenient. The staff were also very friendly and helpful when we checking in. The only downsides were that it was a bit noisy outside due to the central location, and the room got warm without AC. "The property is very old and the only elevator had the capacity for only two people standing face to face.
There was no central air, the wall air conditioning was leaking and there was a trash can was placed underneath to collect the leaking water from the wall unit.
The room was very small and the carpet was very old and worn out.

"Spacious clean room with AC. That was a life saver this hot August in Lucerne!! Location is excellent and close to shops, cafes and train station. Everything within walking distance. Hotel is a self check but very easy to navigate, also has an elevator and complimentary drinks in the fridge. Would definitely stay again here!"
