The bad: the check in process is poor- convoluted, reponse time was poor, and a lot of contradictory information. I received the address and check in information only after I had left my country, and I couldnt get in. It was dark, late, and I was covered in mosquito bites. "Muito cuidado ao reservar neste apart, cheguei para minha estadia e o apto estava reservado para outra pessoa. Não pude me hospedar porque, segundo a proprietária, não tinham recebido a minha reserva pela hoteis.com. Então, tive que ir para outro hotel. Muito desorganizado, as pessoas da recepção desinformadas e despreparadas para receber os hóspedes. Definitivamente NÃO recomendo."
