The Breakwater was $100 for the night and reviews said it was conveniently located next to the beach so we gave it a try. The stay surprised me and exceeded expectations. It seems like a locally ran and well managed property with new furniture and decor. The beach was literally across the street and gave us a beautiful view at sunset. Staff was friendly and wifi was solid. Thanks!!!

Best place in P Town. May wife and I have been staying at the Surfside since 1992. Beach on one side Pool on the other. Fire pit, friendly and competent staff great location. Love the Surfside.

We had an incredible stay for our honeymoon! The hotel was beautiful, clean, and quiet during this time of year; and centrally located to pretty much everything else in Ptown. The hotel manager, Tim, was excellent. Very attentive and checked in frequently, without being overbearing. He was also super familiar with the area, suggesting plenty of activities and restaurants we could go to, plus all the events happening in the hotel itself.
