"Absolutely beautiful property. The views are breathtaking in the evening and in the morning. Tracy is so welcoming and kind and truly makes you feel at home. I set my alarm to catch the sunrise and I promise you won’t regret it. Even made a new friend (Oreo the cat! Lol) Me and my fiancé will definitely be back. So happy to have found this hidden gem. "

"The pictures in the listing were exactly what we found when we arrived! Clean and tidy. Ready for guests. The cottage shares a cute quiet street with other cottages and it does share a hot tub, BBQ and hose with the cottage next door but this doesnt make any difference. We actually made new friends and thought how nice this could be for a alarger group to be able to rent 2 cottages right next to eachother. Each cottage has thier own fire pit and 2 (maybe more?) parking spots. Trash bin is located at the road - easy peasy.Our 16 yro daughter enjoyed the hammock out front, we enjoyed the well stocked coffee bar in the morning and once we discovered the map to the beach located on the wall...we all enjoyed the easy walk to the beach! It was a HOT weekend so the AC and ceiling fan was much appreciated.Note to future travelers: This cottage has well water. You will be (literally) 6 minutes from downtown Port Austin and there is room for your dog, however it is not a fenced property. It took us less than 15 minutes to walk to Lake Huron and 25 to drive to Caseville. It is a lovely location and we were delighted to have found it!"
