"It's a good hotel in a good location, the river is just a hundred meters away, and tuktuks and restaurants right nearby. Also directly beside a 7-11! Also i want to give a shout out to the amazing service, i was unable to make it for the first day of the three i booked. Despite the fact i only informed them of this the day before, they gave me a refund in cash for that one day. I didn't even ask for it, they just gave it to me. Amazing, i had other hotels refuse to give me refunds even though...

Reinlege"

"Overall very good experience. A few things to be aware though... Staff don't speak much English, so get a translator app on your phone (e.g. Google Translator with offline Thai language pack) before you travel. Restaurant closes at 9PM, but there is a great place called Come Moon with live music. Only 5 minutes walk, and it closes at midnight."

"Manager was rude, room and bathroom very average. Advertise airport shuttle but haven't got"

"Staff are all friendly and helpful"

"This place is a special stop to add to your trip. The owner is the sweetest person I have met and she will take good care of you. This is not in town so you must contact the owner for a pickup. If you are doing a border crossing have your snacks money etc before staying. But to stay here and enjoy the owners homecooked meals, the quiet of the rice fields and the comforts of these little cabanas is a nice refreshing experience. As a solo traveler this gave me a little piece of "mama" energy...

"Amazing property! Located right on the Mekong River with a river view, the location could not be beat! It was obvious the hotel was barely booked (low season) and we asked for an upgrade, room with a river view. Ours looked out on another cottage and they said yes for an extra charge. They could have easily given us another room as they were so under booked and it would have been a nice gesture. Anyway we said no thank you as it was only one night. The breakfast was by Thai standards typical...

Accueil chaleureux. Très belle vue sur le Mekong. Parfait pour une étape Laos-Thaïlande"
