"I took a train to Bilbao, and the Residentia was within easy walking distance. The facility was incredibly clean and honestly, if someone had told me it had just been built completed the day before I would've believed them. I can't say enough about the staff. "The area was excellent, the price was good, unfortunately the room needed maintenance. The floor in the room was very squeaky and it made a loud farting noise when we walked on it. It was very hard to get good sleep because we can hear the doors open and people walking around and talking. Overall it was good."
