Between rude staff, stained linens, barely any blankets (just a sheet and thin coverlet), and falsely advertised amenities, this stay was a nightmare. No pool despite one being advertised, and “breakfast” is a grab bag with cereal, milk, juice, and an orange, practically tossed at you by an extremely rude employee.We went through NINE key cards in six days! "Very clean, friendly staff"

"For the most part everything was nice. Plenty of things to do around me and I was able to just keep to myself. Only real issue I came across was one of the morning associates was very rude to me when I went downstairs for breakfast. I guess there was a need to wear shoes policy to be in the lobby which I genuinely had no idea. But when she told me about it, she said it in front of other guests which made me feel a little embarrassed. All in all I would visit again."

"Not as great as all the other reviews indicated. Our room was ok, but it really needed updating. All of the drawers on the dresser kept opening by themselves because they were all misaligned. Towels and tp were spare. Our room was not serviced during our stay, which was disappointing. The bed was also pretty hard. Other than that, it was quiet and the staff were very friendly."

"For the price I paid for a one night stay couldn’t be beat compared to where I usually book when I come to Bedford. However, the bed was horribly uncomfortable, the hallways were so dim and creepy I felt like I was in the shining, and I could completely hear the guests conversation in the room next door to me through my bathroom vent. I think next time I might just spend the extra money."

"Waited 25 mins to checkin. There was a safety concern when a first floor room burned a pan of food, filling 1st floor wing with smoke, but the fire alarms did not activate in the room, the hotel halls nor was the fire department activated through a system alarm. People on the 2nd floor would not have been notified to evacuate in case if fire. Luckily, it was burned food in a pan cooked in a hotel room that created the smoke and did not lead to a room fire. The buffet breakfast needs updated...

"Il y avait des coquerelles, cafards dans la chambre a notre arrivé. Nous avons eu le temps de prendre quelques photos mais la majorite des cafards se sont sauvé. Nous avons demandé a expedia de nous relocaliser ou nous rembourser. Les cafards peuvent aller de chambre en chambre, donc l'hotel doit etre infester au complet."
