"We had a pleasant stay at the Hotel de France. The location is perfect as it is walking distance from the train station and in the city centre. You have plenty of bakeries and shops around the hotel. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We actually slept like babies as the bedding was so comfortable! "Even before our arrival only the day after cross border travel was allowed the hotel was very helpful explaining how they were operating with "social distancing and health precautions. On arrival and during our stay they were brilliant.....taking every health precautions, but making a warm and friendly atmosphere. The restaurant arrangements were brilliant....the food was excellent, even though they apologised for a " reduced" menu and the atmosphere was warm and friendly. Breakfast too was...

"Petit hôtel proche de la gare et du centre-ville. Ma chambre (bleue) ressemblait à une petite chambre d'un hôtel de plage de Méditerranée. Sympa. Pas de petit-déjeuner car trop tard pour moi (7h30). Chambre calme et propre. Accès à pied au centre en 5 minutes."

"Hôtel tout juste acceotable dernier étage d un vielle immeuble d Aix les bains, chaleur insupportable dand la chambre. 30o just un petit ventilateur posé sur une table qu il a fallu reclamer,petit . Une de deux fenêtres impossible a ouvrir. Rideaux insuffisant pour empêcher la chaleur de rentrer. Une serviette de toilette pour 2.!"

"C'est un séjour d'une nuit après une intervention ophtalmique qui nécessitait un repos absolu d'au moins 24 heures avant de pouvoir reprendre ma voiture.La réservation indiquait qu'on pouvait prendre possession de la chambre à partir de 14 heures. Or à cette heure là l'hôtel était fermé..Je n'ai pu accéder à la chambre qu'après 16 heures. A part cet incident le court séjour était correct."
