"Odd to check into a place with no actual person to greet you. I didn't really like using the lobby phone to speak with someone about questions about checking in and getting my room number. Room was clean and neat. They have a closet for guests to go to get extra towels etc. The biggest disappointment was the pool. The water was so cold we couldn't enjoy it at all. We paid extra for a place with a pool and then couldn't use it. Not sure I would stay here again."

Though the bathroom sink still had hair from someone shaving around the faucet handle and trash under the sink which made me think it had not been vacuumed. The person at front desk was not particularly friendly when I arrived at night. For the price, I would have expected more."

"We had stayed here before, and it had changed. We had trouble communicating with the staff, although they were friendly and smiled a lot. The staff was not at the desk at times. There was no ice. There was no outdoor furniture. Yet, all things considered, we got our money's worth, and the location is great by the river."

This is an older hotel that doesn’t have all the updated and most modern conveniences but if it did, it would be twice as expensive and I probably would not have stayed there.
