"The day we checked in on the board we were assigned to arrive on the 18/09/26 but our booking was for the 17/th to 20th September 2026 the villa was not cleaned at all we called the number that was provided on the board no answer, we kept ringing the number no pick up then called Expedia after waiting for and answer from Expedia we were then told that the room was cleaned we told the agent the room was not cleaned at all and we stranded at the property and plus they had us booked in for the 18th...
