"Staff went out of their way to try to help when we were stranded by Uber and Lyft after the concert we attended. The room was clean and quiet even though we expected traffic noise with the location. We did wonder if you have coffee makers in the rooms? Ours was missing if so (but only used your location for sleeping and then breakfast and out the door so missed checking with the front desk). Breakfast was plentiful and had a nice variety. Thank you."

"We enjoyed the breakfast. Thank you..."

"Great environment"

"Clean comfy bed"

"The place is reasonably priced with free parking and it is close to "downtown" However' it is dirty. The rooms and bathrooms are never cleaned properly. Someone is always smoking the spice somewhere inside the building. I give it a 2 out of 10. I will say, I haven't seen any bugs or rodents ...just dirt. If they just took a few minutes to clean the bathrooms correctly, the place would be so much more comfortable. This is not a one-off review, I have stayed here about 5 weeks off and on."

"Very nice and helpful staff and clean and up to date amenities. I enjoyed my stay."

"Perfect location and the parking garage was very handy right across the street"

"The first room had mold in the shower, switched to another room that was cleaner. Enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was overdone both mornings. Eggs burnt and sausage cooked and burnt."

"Staff was very friendly and helpful in helping me navigate the city comfortably since I was an out of town visitor."
