"the pool area and pool were dirty"

"Everything was great BUT, why is there no food options! We got out of a concert and had to wonder the neighborhood :("

"It was an awfull experience for us, it was our first and last time there."

"Thank you so much"

"I was good to the point of breaking out cause I'm allergic to pets 🐕 kinda hard to stop that anywhere"

"The actual room was mostly clean but it did have some poor maintenance signs with the fixtures and plumbing being notable. The worst part was the ants that were seemingly everywhere in the room where food could be. I asked the front desk about fixing the ant issue and was told that "We're in Florida, so..." Which isn't exactly what I would ever want to hear from a hotel rated as high as this one. The breakfast service was limited to one instance during my 3 night stay, so do plan around that....

"What i dint like we had to pay for parking for each stay also our room wasn't clean like change of towels emptrash can make the bed up"

This place should be shut down. Expedia should take this place off their listings. I was embarrassed to even be there. This place isn't safe."

"ROACHES, ROACHES, ROACHES! I’ve stayed at many extended stay suites and never experienced this before. Be aware that this location has roaches! I was in bed and had them climb up on the bed on several occasions. You can smell the disgusting rug of each floor as soon as you get off the elevators, the room itself was not that clean (I wiped off surfaces and sat grime come off) and let me say again ROACHES! You see them crawling on the room doors and walls as you walk to your room. The room doesn’t...

"El hotel no está mal, pero tiene muchas cosas en las cuales mejorar."
