"This property was so convenient and was perfect for our overnight! Our room was clean and breakfast was amazing before our 17 hour flight home!"

"Excellent place to stay"

"I’ve stayed here several times for more than a week at a time over the years because I need to be in this particular area. This is not a fancy hotel, but for the price, it is great. The rooms are as pictured in the photos. Simple, but always clean and the staff are extremely nice. As with much of Addis, the area around it is changing/developing dramatically. If you need to be in the Arada or Amist Kilo area, I’d stay here."

"Good medium pension. People are very friendly. You can use the kitchen to cook. They prepare coffee (buna) and thee ( shay) for everybody. If you need a service out of the pension, they can assist you. "

"Overall, I had a good stay. The room was clean, check-in and check-out were smooth, and the staff were courteous and responsive. The airport shuttle was convenient, and Wolde was especially helpful with my late-night arrival and luggage. Breakfast was adequate, and overall the hotel provided a comfortable stay."

"I booked online and when I went there they said we didn’t find any online booking because we just accept Cash and they didn’t return my money back "

"För det första vi har inte fått det vi bökade rummet. Vi fick mindre rum. Den andra man kan inte sova en minut på natten på grund av natt club bredvid hotellet. Det var oprofessionellt bemötande från chefen. Jag kommer inte rekommendera den här stället för någon. "

"Le calme"

"Please don’t book this place. They don’t check the website and totally denied they use online booking. They said they reserve only by phone or in person. The receptionist didn’t know anything about Expedia."

"The apartment offers excellent value for the price you pay."

"Room was spotless. Staff was friendly and attentive. Location was good next to airport. Shops, bars and ATM machines close. Enjoyed my stay here and definitely will recommend."

"The hotel is very old not international hotel"
