"I stayed at this hotel in Coorg for 2 nights with 2 rooms booked through Expedia. The experience was extremely disappointing due to repeated electricity outages, no WiFi, lack of customer support, dirty rooms, insects, foul smell, and no proper hot water facility. My younger sister became very scared multiple times because of the constant power trips during the night. Due to safety and comfort concerns, all of us had to sleep together in one bedroom for both nights."
