The high country of Barnardsville and Weaverville are known for their farm lands, plush rolling hills and wide open valleys. You get the luxury of seclusion while still having the convenience of shopping and dining close by. The multitude of outdoor activities in this country oasis are abundant.

Nearby is the quaint town of Weaverville where you can shop or dine at Soba, The Glass Onion, Twisted Laurel, Blue Mountain Pizza or Mike's Main Street Grill. Also available is the bustling Well Bred Bakery where you can taste the Sunday morning cinnamon buns.

Outside the town there is an Ingles, Publix, Aldi, 24-hour gym, Walmart, fast food, and more!!

3 full bathrooms. 1 full bath located on each floor, master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom.
Note ground floor has a shower and bathroom but in separate locations.

FULLY STOCKED HOME INCLUDES
Linens, plenty of towels, hand soap, body wash, laundry detergent, dish washer liquid, dish soap, garbage bags, cleaning supplies, iron and board, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, plenty of eating utensils and more.

BABY/KID GEAR
Pack and Play w/ crib mattress and sheets. High chair, baby seat (for sitting up).

ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE

ACCESS
Guest will be given the code to obtain access. Property Manager and handyman available should any issues arise.

HANDICAP ACCESS
You may enter through the ground floor into the recreation room with a living room, small kitchen area, bedroom, TV, bathroom and shower. However there is one flight of steps to the main living areas (kitchen, living room, dining area) We do not provide handicap rails in the bathrooms.

No shoes in the home (ok for the elderly/medical needs, slippers ok). Keeps carpets nice :)

MOUNTAIN HOME BUG & PEST DISCLAIMER
We do our utmost to control insects and pests, and are on a professional pest control maintenance program. However, we are in the mountains so insects can still get into the home despite our best efforts. Lady bug seasons are common in Asheville. It is a common occurrence for all homes in this area.

Car necessary. Uber, Lyft and taxi's are available.

ROAD (FROM ENTRANCE TO HOME)
The road and driveway are steep, but the road is paved for the majority of the way, then graveled and graded well the rest. It's a good road, but it does have a pitch. It is not difficult to drive but you will need 4 wheel drive and possible snow chains in the winter only. The driveway is well graded and graveled and there is a very wide turn around at the bottom. I send out a video with the checkin paperwork, and I can do so sooner (after booking) upon request.

SECURITY CAMERA
There is a front door camera on the premises to monitor who comes and goes for security purposes. We do not wish to be invasive at all during your stay.
