"The room was very comfortable and the windows opened wide. The bed was comfortable, and the staff were very friendly. The air conditioning was a bit on the weak side, but we did have windows that open so it was OK. Great location close to both the train station and the Cathedral! The staff was very friendly and welcoming."

"We had a fantastic stay at Hampton by Hilton Aachen Tivoli. From the moment we arrived, all the staff were friendly, welcoming and eager to help. Nothing was ever too much trouble.A special mention must go to Alexander, who worked in the bar. He genuinely made our stay memorable. Every evening he welcomed us with a smile, took the time to chat with us and showed a real interest in our trip. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and always made us feel valued as guests.Thanks to Alexander, our evenings in the bar became one of the highlights of our stay. His excellent customer service, attention to detail and friendly personality created a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. He is a real credit to the hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to others. Thank you to the whole team and especially Alexander, for making us feel so welcome!!"

"My stay was lovely. I needed a place to stay during the Belgian GP weekend, and this hotel wasnt too far of a commute from the track. The hotel was relaxing and quaint. I had everything I needed in the room, and the balcony was such a lovely surprise. The only slight issue was that the WiFi was very unreliable during my stay, but I didn’t worry about it much since I was on the move most of the time. I saw other reviews that mentioned thin walls, which wasn’t my experience at all. Yes, you may hear your neighbors entering/leaving their room, but that’s not something I believe is a dealbreaker. I’d recommend this hotel if you’re in the area!"

"The hotel itself was excellent, the room was very comfortable and clean. The bar and restaurant were also very good. Downside was the extortionate price they charge for one nights parking in the underground car park. 28 Euros for less than 24 hours parking is really taking a liberty. Took the shine of what was otherwise a great stay."
