  • This stylish holiday home is perfect for 2 or just you. The tranquil setting of the authentic village will make you forget the hustle and bustle.
    Here, you'll find the perfect blend of peace, privacy and comfort. Nestled in a stylishly renovated maisonnette, you'll be staying right next to an authentic village villa built in 1933. It's all part of the protected village of Rozebeke, a district of Zwalm in the heart of the beautiful Flemish Ardennes.
    We've made sure that your holiday home is as comfortable as it is stylish. When it comes to furnishing, sustainability, aesthetics and class were deliberately chosen to create a truly special holiday home. You have your own entrance with a private terrace, perfect for relaxing in the sun. The holiday home has a spacious sitting area where you can unwind an equipped kitchen with a dining area. Upstairs, you'll find the bedroom and bathroom, both of which are tastefully decorated The king-size bed is made with quality bedding and is the perfect place to dream away. The bathroom is bright and airy, with a lovely view of the village square.
    Manon also offers a delicious breakfast of artisan breads, cinnamon cakes, fruit salad, homemade jams, organic yoghurt, cereals and crunchies with a selection of fine loose leaf teas and locally roasted coffee. It's the perfect way to start your day! We would love for you to order in advance by email or WhatsApp!

Let yourself be touched by the stunning hilly landscapes, breathtaking views, gurgling brooks and picture-perfect villages. For those who love peace and nature, there are so many amazing places to discover here! But this is also a region with a rich past and beautiful cities such as Ronse and Oudenaarde, which are well worth a visit! The heritage site in Ename and the Archeocentrum Velzeke bring the past to life, since the Romans!

Sehr schönes, ruhiges Apartment, zweckmäßig ausgestattet mit allem was man für einen Kurzurlaub benötigt. Die Kommunikation mit Manon, der Gastgeberin, war sehr freundlich mit Tipps zum Aufenthalt, vielen Dank für die Reservierung von Fahrrädern beim örtlichen Fahrradhändler. Die Umgebung lädt zum Rad fahren ein, Wander- und Radwege sind gut ausgeschildert. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in den umliegenden Orten vorhanden. Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Angebot weiterempfehlen. A lovely, quiet flat, practically equipped with everything you need for a short break. Communication with Manon, the host, was very friendly, with helpful tips for our stay; many thanks for booking bikes with the local bike shop. The surrounding area is ideal for cycling, and the walking and cycling trails are well signposted. There are shopping facilities in the nearby villages. Overall, we felt very much at home and would highly recommend this accommodation.

Es war eine wundervolle Zeit im Maisonette Frea!Mitten in einem idyllischen Dorf gelegen, lädt die Umgebung zu Wanderungen, Ausflügen und natürlich zum (Renn-)Radfahren ein!Die Wohnung ist stilvoll, praktisch und wirklich sehr gut eingerichtet (scharfe Messer, Kochutensilien, Ventilator, Fön... alles vorhanden).Besonders hat uns das "Reading Nook" gefallen, mit Schmetterlingen und Bienen direkt vorm Fenster.Manon ist eine richtig tolle, sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, bei der man sogar noch ein sehr leckeres Frühstück "dazubuchen" kann (siehe Foto).Wir haben uns von Anfang bis Ende rundum wohl gefühlt.
