"Professional staff, provided complimentary shuttle from Haneda airport (only during certain hours) we arrived late at night so it was much appreciated. The driver helped place our luggage in the luggage space before driving us to the hotel, double check map since the shuttle stop is across the street from the airport terminal, not where the buses typically run. Lawson and 7 eleven literally across the street from the hotel, makes it super convenient to grab a quick bite. Superior room was modern, clean and spacious, hair dryer was nice and strong. I would definitely stay here again. I am grateful for the excellent customer service, front desk can understand and speak English.
