Nice enough 4 star hotel in the city centre. Friendly staff and ok breakfast. The check out time appears a bit various. At check in I was told it was 10.30, in the room it says 11.00 and my Expedia/Hotels.com booking said 12.00. In my case, they honoured the 12.00 check out.

Hotel působí chladným dojmem a chladno bylo i na pokoji - nejprve bylo třeba pokud vytočit. Stejný dojem mám i ze snídaně. Řekněme že nabídka byla poplatná době, kdy je velmi málo hostů - teplé pokrmy však byly málo prohřáté a než je člověk přinesl na stůl, byly studené. Příjemné bylo parkování zdarma rovnou za hotelem.

Very good standard.

Good standard hotel, well maintained, everything works, parking at the rear, good internet, breakfast is both hot and cold, good quality food, friendly staff. Easy walking distance to centre. Rooms at the front of the hotel can be a little noisy as they overlook the street.

This is a clean, modern, comfortable hotel in the center of Zlin, probably the best hotel in the city. The staff was helpful, the room was spacious and clean and breakfast was good.

Fantastiskt hotell o personal. Ser inte mycket ut för världen utifrån men är otroligt fint inne. Stora rum. Tillgång till en fantastisk spa-avd privat/ensam under 90 min! Otroligt mysigt. Kan varmt rekommendera hotellets restaurang också. Jättemydigt o otroligt god mat.

Top Service und Gastfreundlichkeit

Toller Service und sehr kulantes Personal an der Rezeption - haben aus Versehen den falschen Tag gebucht gehabt und standen dann auf einmal mit einer abgelaufenen und keiner gültigen Reservierung für die Nacht am Counter. Man etwas hin und her sowie Klärung des Personals untereinander, hat man uns kulanter Weise die abgelaufene Reservierung kostenfrei umgebucht und ein Zimmer zur Verfügung gestellt - gerade in einer unbekannten Stadt/Land, war dies sehr erfreulich!
