"I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The room was phenomenal— from the decor to the amenities to the view! The breakfast prepared by Chef Joseph every morning was delicious, and was the perfect beginning for every day. It was fresh and tasty. The Friday night dinner was also prepared with so much thought and intention, each plate was so yummy and presented beautifully. We also loved the hot tub, it was a nice way to end our evening after exploring Hawai’i. Next time in town I’ll be back!"

"I would not recommend this hotel, unless there were no other decent choices. The front desk wasn't friendly or particular helpful both days we were there. Room was not great, none of us slept, roach on nightstand next to me. The reason I didn't give it lower was because of the bar restaurant. We were tired and hungry when we got in so went for the casual food in the bar area. Server was terrific, food was very good and live band playing was honestly incredible. This was the only good thing about our hotel experience. "

Imagine peal and stick floor tiles poking your feet, no caulking with plenty of mold, room layout hide and seek, outlets going to nothing, spa not heating and slide water intermittent, dishwasher flooding the kitchen with working washer and dryer and kitty cat was great. It is in a good location. Felt very safe. "
