This is an older property that has just been renovated and in places it was evident but the staff was extremely responsive and the stay was very enjoyable. I would recommend this it is a great value. The location is relatively convenient. I have say that the staff was top notch! Petra made our trip wonderful.

Amazing vacation

We just got back from an Amazing vacation. The hotel was så pretty and clean. The room we got was Amazing too. But must off all the staff was Amazing. Tony and Alexander was so funny and made the stay even better. The food was Good, there was a Good selection each day. We got cleaning everyday on the hotel room and the cleaning staff was so Nice. Overall a perfect vacation! We Will surely return.

The aircondition did not work. 32 degrees celsius in the room…Hard to sleep…And no one informed any one whats going on. Very happy we just stayed 2 nights. Our neighbours had stayed for almost a week with no aircondition…and no compensation.

The hotel is not a beach front or access to the beach. If you are not VIP you have access to one buffet. The al a carte restaurant couldn't accommodate us during our stay. The staff were not helpful at all. Drinks must be picked up from the bar, the waitstaff only brought water to the table. The snack bar is opened from 10 to 6 and the food must be eaten in front of staff can't be taken into the room. The air conditioning did not work in the room. We had to pay for transportation to and from the hotel upon arrival and departures.

Man muss my favorite club buchen sonst befindet man sich in der zweiten klasse. Menu à la carte Mittags: 5 Mahlzeiten. Menu à la carte Abends: 1 Menu jeden abend der gleiche 1 Flasche Wasser im Zimmer pro Aufenthalt für einen All Inklusiv-man kann die Flasche am Wasserspender auffühlen. Personal an der Rezeption ist überfordert bei jeder Frage.
