"The hotel is in a good location, but unfortunately our stay was affected by a maintenance issue. The curtain above our bed had fallen down, and we reported it first thing in the morning. We were told it would be repaired after 3:30 pm that day.
When we checked with reception around 5:00 pm, we were informed that the handyman had already left for the day and the curtain would not be fixed. As a result, we had a very poor night's sleep. At this time of year, the sun sets late and rises early, and...
"Excellent stay! The hotel was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The rooms were spacious, the amenities were great, and the location was perfect. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!"
"Great Location! The hotel is located walking distance from the train station. When you get off the train, it's a short walk straight up the hill. You will need to know this because the locals will probably not want to help you with directions. The lady that greeted us at the front desk was very friendly and helpful! She was accommodating and nice. The pool and hot tub were wonderful after a day of hiking. The lady working the spa was unfriendly, but that's to be expected from many of the locals....
