Communication from both the property and Expedia was very poor. Note that you will have to make a bank transfer (NOT email transfer, cash, visa, or anything else) to complete the booking. The property did not provide all the correct information so I had to get someone back home to visit the bank twice. Our bank thought it was a scam. Expedia did not communicate this and I wouldn't have booked if I had known. Otherwise the property is fine, though there are big rotten holes in the patio - very unsafe.

Great location, 3 min from Droga pod Reglami and 5 min from Strazyska Valley. Comfortable, nice and very helpful staff, enjoyed the stay.

Apartmán ok,až na spanie.Boli sme 2dospeli a dve deti.Manzelska postel-tak pre jedného.Roztahovaci gauč..pre malé deti možno... nepostačujúce,matrace strašné mäkké, vankúše maličké a paplony tri aj keď sme boli štyria.Aj keď sme namietali že sme 4..tam sú tri a vybavené.Ocenujem saunu,kuchynky,vybavenosť kuchyne.Ale to spanie čistá katastrofa.

Everthing is good. Only problem is wifi (almost not existed) and it would be great if there is a window curtain especially in the bathroom.

El apartamento estaba bien, muy alejado del centro y es obligatorio usar coche. El entorno es fenomenal. La bañera no tenia mampara y cuando t duchabas se ponia todo el baño inundado. En general bien pero quizas calidad precio caro. El chico que nos atendio muy amable.

Building is new, apartments are in modern style but highly used. Person who cares about this place was very helpful and nice. Another plus is access to sauna that was nice surprice. I do not like late check in. I think that 4 pm its too late. Overall there is nice place.
