"Love the 30’s decor. Even the staff dress like in 30. Everything is clean and upscale. the minibar came with all kinds of beverages even beer and a bottle of red wine are all completely free of charge on top of two welcome drinks on roof top bar. All staff are superb friendly and genuine care. Definitely would stay here again next time in Macau "

"カジノ内のスタッフ、レストランも含めて全員無愛想でした。 チェックインの際、名前も言っていないのに、フロントの方から名前を呼ばれてびっくりしました。 サンズマカオさんは日本語スタッフが居ませんでした。 部屋にはミネラルウオーター４本、コーヒー、紅茶などのＴパック以外は無く、冷蔵庫も空っぽ、ウェルカムお菓子なども無かったですね。"
