"Simply superb! The front office staff, cleaners, concierge and the gym + pool instructors were all spot on. Only improvement will be to the Pavillion Cubbon restaurant staff. They were all over the place and needs more customer centric attention across the restaurant service. Food was fantastic with a lot of multi cuisine varieties, local delicacies were delicious. Overall, a very good experience with spacious rooms, bathroom and Wi-Fi facility. Definitely will recommend this hotel."
