"The hotel, was wonderful. The staff were really helpful and charismatic, easy check in and out process. The room itself was fantastic, I didn’t know it had a washer/dryer and the dishwasher unit is a god send. Will definitely be back, if you are in a bottom room it can be a little noisy upstairs but that’s to be expected and is out of the hotels control. I had a wonderful time!"

"Hot tub filter needs to be refreshed and the upstairs bathroom wouldn't drain well so friends quit using it because they would be standing in too much water. The house was beautiful and the property. Overall it was a great stay and a great place. There was great communication and effort to address the issues for us, as well."

"The cabin has lots of beds, plenty of room and fully equipted kitchen. Thr location is close to the ski slopes, Grandfather Mountain and great restaurants."

"Overall a great experience. I would say pet friendly, just not a huge area for the dogs to go potty. We had a few issues, but management was very quick to respond and remedy the problem. Even on the Christmas day. Beautiful view of Grandfather mountain. The game room needs some items repaired, but the kids and adults still enjoyed it. Also need an updated list of items provided in the kitchen. It would have been nice if the place was decorated for Christmas so we did not have to improvise for what we paid. Location was perfect to everything we wanted to do in the area and very accommodating for our group of 12. Ages ranging from 8-68. Would totally come back, but will bring mattress toppers. The beds were a little stiff for everyones liking."
