'Sea Breeze' is a beautiful 1200 square foot site-built single storey home with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a spacious living room, fully appointed kitchen, and laundry facilities. A pine sunroom greets you as you walk in the door. A great room to relax and enjoy the sun or sit for quiet contemplation. Sea Breeze has been recently decorated and furnished to a high standard with everything you'll need for a great seaside vacation.

The house is located in the heart of Yachats, with beach access just across the street (See photos of beach access) Enjoy beautiful walks along the 804 trail both to the north and south of us. Once on the beautiful sandy beach you can explore the tide pools, hunt for agates, enjoy the majesty of the waves breaking on the shore, or just relax beside the beautiful Pacific Ocean.

Yachats describes itself as 'The Gem of the Oregon Coast' and regularly receives five star reviews on sites such as TripAdvisor. There are many interesting, locally owned shops, coffee shops and eateries as well as the essentials such as a grocery store and Post Office.

Over all it was excellent. One small item. The picture showed a Keurig with pods. I ended up buying coffee. The unit was spotless and well maintained.I would go back and recommend it to others!

We really enjoyed our stay. With 2 generously sized bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, the house was perfect for two couples. Basically across the street from the coast path, and a few minutes walk into town - the location is hard to beat.

We came to town for a wedding. This home was in a great location, quiet, and clean with everything we needed. We walked to almost everything. The little backyard was so quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed drinking our coffee on the patio each morning. Overall a great play to stay.

This is a fabulous house for a beach getaway. Super clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed to cook meals at home and relax close to the sea. We took the short walk into town through the wetland nature park. Highly recommend staying here.

Near the beach and downtown. The spot is great, and the home was nice. I stayed with my husband, and my brother and his friend. Nice to have the two bathrooms and comfy bathrooms. Both bedrooms were a nice size.

Nice home close to beach. The beds were comfy. The baseboards were really dirty and it would of been nice to know the Keurig was broken since we brought our own k cups. Other than that we had a great time!

Enjoyed the easy walk to the playground and bakery, beach, food, beer, crabs, tide pooling, kayaking, and overall town. The house is in the perfect location and it was entertaining to check out the library. Most of the kitchen amenities were awesome. The place needs a quality bread knife. And that's about the worst critique I could give it, so overall not much downside.

Right near town center but quiet and peaceful. We could hear the ocean at night which we loved. Well equipped kitchen. We cooked most meals during our week long stay. Plenty of amenities and Nikki was quick to respond with any questions we had. Beds really comfortable and plenty of towels for the two bathrooms. Close access to the beach, too. We had a fantastic time and this is definitely a place, and a house, we will come back to in the future. Thank you, Nikki.

We loved Yachats! It’s a beautiful coastal town with amazing beaches. We enjoyed our stay at Sea Breeze. It was walking distance to the beach. The house had everything we needed. It has two rooms and separate bathrooms, so the four of us were all very comfortable. In the evening we used the TV, DVD, and internet which all worked great. There are no direct ocean views, but a short walk gets you to amazing views. Niki was very easy to work with. We can highly recommend.

Well it was okay. House could have been cleaner. Mold on ceiling in bathroom. Floorboards dirty. Rug needs to be replaced as it was very dirty and worn in spots. Sheets and comforter paper thin. Great location!

Nice little house, used air mattresses that we brought along for the kids. Enjoyed the area. Kids liked climbing on the beach rocks. It was challenging sitting six around the table, i wish there was a leaf to add to the table for extra room. It was a nice place. On our departure, cleaning up and such, the kitchen faucet came apart- we notified the ower via this website messaging - they said they would get it fixed right away for the next ppl coming. Nice place.
