Duplex w boat slip overlooking the Intracoastal
Enjoy stunning sunsets over the Intracoastal while rocking on the covered deck at “Cody”! This amazing upper-level duplex is a rare find as it features a 20’ boat slip, spectacular sound views, welcomes pets, and has convenient beach access. What more could you ask for on vacation?
With 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms this home is comfortable and perfect for families. The large open concept great room includes a well-equipped kitchen, dining area with additional bar seating, and a living area opens to covered porch that overlooks the sound– a perfect spot to witness amazing sunsets or dine in the warm summer breeze! All bedrooms and baths are on this level. Stairs lead to an enclosed crow’s nest offering a cozy get-away sitting area with panoramic ocean and sound views.
The little ones will enjoy playing and swimming at the sound front sandy beach at low tide. Conveniently located close to a beach access and The Blockade Runner Hotel.

Occupancy: 8
Stay Requirements: Sunday to Sunday rental in Summer. Minimum of 3-night stay other seasons.
Bedding Configuration: 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twin, 1 Queen Sleeper.
Parking: Parking 1 vehicles in garage, 2 to 3 vehicles in driveway.
Prohibited: Smoking, RV’s, Large Boat Trailers, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental. Roof top deck is not included.
Pet Policy: Pet Policy: Dogs welcome as an optional add-on for this property with a non-refundable fee of $250 + tax that is charged per pet. Maximum of 2 dogs per reservation. Charge will be added after booking when the option to bring a pet and number of pets are selected. Nonrefundable fees are listed in the House Rules and animals must be disclosed via the Rental Agreement. Fees are not included automatically when booking on VRBO and must be paid separately to the host if you wish to bring a pet(s). Failure to disclose and prepay for dogs will result in penalty fees which are disclosed in House Rule #16.
Special Amenities: Elevator, Outdoor Shower, Keyless Entry, Boat Slip, Pet Friendly, Garage.
Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund. All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).
