This bright and open main floor suite features two bedrooms (1 Queen and 1 Twin), and a single bath. A spacious living room with a sleeper sofa is open to a roomy kitchen and separate dining area. Loved the Pink House

We loved our stay at the Pink House! The house is in a prime location, with ample parking, and has all of the beach gear. Communication with the hosts was great. We had a great week at the beach!

Captain’s Quarters

Great location! Walkable to beach, restaurants and shops along Lumina. All communication with host was quickly responded to. I was able to rent top floor Eagle’s Nest for additional family members. Everyone enjoyed the vacation, and we will rent again.

Great house & location!

Great property and amazing location! House was fully equipped with everything we needed...even beach towels and beach chairs! Kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals and there was plenty of space to sit at dining room and breakfast table. House is in great condition and offered good sleeping spaces. Generous front porch was perfect for enjoying the day in the shade. Location of the house was perfect. Only a few doors down from the beach and a couple of blocks to restaurants and grocery store. Can't say enough good things!

Relaxing Beach Getaway

Had an excellent time in this wonderful rental. The house was very clean and spacious. Located 6 houses from what felt like a private beach and walking distance to restaurants and small grocery store. Owner/property manager were exceptional in their quick response and very accommodating to our request for earlier check-in. Highly recommend this rental. Looking forward to another visit!

Moms vacation

It was a beautifully located house just 50 yards from the beach front. There were a few hiccups during our stay due to cleanliness of the kitchen. The owners and property manager we’re very responsive about the issue. Overall a great place to stay with cute restaurants within walking distance.

Pink House

Enjoyed our stay. House had everything we needed. Could have left some beach gear at home, because they supplied it all- towels, chairs, umbrella, boogie boards… Location was awesome! Thankful for comfy pullout couch as we learned (reminded) that 6’3” college kid doesn’t really fit a twin anymore! Love Wrightsville and this location!

Adorable beach house so close to the beach!

We loved our stay at the Pink House. It was a family trip with our two boys (2 and 4). The house was clean, well furnished and comfortable. We also enjoyed the cute garden in the back yard. Having access to the outdoor showers on the first floor was very helpful after our beach fun. The boys keep asking to go back to the Pink house!

Pink House Retreat

We’re not strangers to The Pink. House as our daughter lived here in college. The home was a perfect place to make new memories and remember old ones. The ample seating, well suited kitchen, comfortable bedding and amazing location to the beach, loop and heart of Wrightsville can’t be beat! The backyard was an added bonus, too. Barbara is a wonderful, gracious host! We hope to be back soon!

Great stay, gracious hostess

Barbara was a wonderful, communicative hostess even from the initial booking period. Her home is lovely and easy to the beach and restaurants. I enjoyed walking the loop each morning, and our family walked down to get ice cream one afternoon. Beach is narrow and very busy in this part of Wrightsville, but that’s not a negative reflection of the home. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. If you have upstairs renters, it can be a little noisy. Overall, super happy with our time here and would love to rent again!

Amazing beach access!

Staying in the Captain’s Quarters of the Pink House was just what we needed. The beach is a short walk and the house is equipped with beach chairs, toys, and towels. The outdoor shower is perfect - normally they’re chilly. This one’s toasty. The kitchen had everything we needed. We had enough seating for 10, which we needed when we hosted food from Tower 7 for my sister and her family one evening. The front balcony has wonderful rocking chairs. Kelly and Ryan, the home’s caretakers, were responsive to our needs.

Great location but needs a new cleaning crew

The property is in a great location and close the beach and restaurants. Check in was easy and Ryan the on site manager was easy to contact with questions and he even brought us a big shrimp pot to for a shrimp boil! Unfortunately the unit was not very clean, especially the bathroom. On our last day when we had a huge rain storm, the dryer didn't work so we couldn't dry our beachwear/towels etc. Ryan offered to come check it out, but because of timing it wouldn't have helped us out. My suggestion would be to get a better cleaning crew since it a perfect location for a smaller group.

Great spot close to everything!

My sister, mom and I went to Wrightsville for a quick weekend girls trip and we had a great time staying at the pink house! Barbara was very communicative and flexible leading up to the reservation and Ryan made sure everything was ready to go for our arrival. The house is clean and well-equipped and the location couldn't be better - 50 yards from the beach, and only a few blocks away from restaurants, bars and coffee shops. We loved going on daily walks and barely had to use the car. We are already planning our next trip back to the pink house!

The best getaway in The Pink House
