"Overall the syay was fine. It was last minute as we chose to stay overnight in spokane to be closer to out very sick dog who was being treated at the pet emergency clinic. The beds were average but it worked for us. The staff was veey friendly and I witnessed great customer service from a staff member to an older gal who was likely seeking treatment down the road. She helped get her coffee and went beyond to help her which was nice to see. I would say if you are going to do the complimentary...
