"Staff was great, I got there way early and let them know I arrived in town and I was going to go drive around town and soon as my room was ready they called me and let me check in early. Room was very clean aslo, no issues there."

"I initially gave the property a 3 but after spending the night made it a 4. It was very clean The first hotel of the last 6 that's didn't turn my socks black. Gave amenities a 3 because the bathroom outlet was dead and yes I tried the GFI. There was an outlet by another mirror so we used it. No hair dryer, no coffee. The most frustrating part was (after a long day of driving with 2 vehicles)that our reservation was at "the Lodge at the Falls". We Followed Google around the block looking for...

"Clean bed and floor. Shower tiles missing, shower curtain bar on one end loose and coming out of the wall, door to bathroom had a busted out door knob, rendering it useless. Overall rating just okay, but definite signs of going downhill. Front desk workers good - no issues there."

"Nice and clean, staff was great, great place to stay, I give it a 5 star"

"Bien"

"I stayed 4 days and had a good trip. I had to clear my Dad’s estate, so was working hard everyday and appreciated the comfortable room with couch for resting at the end of a long day, the small cafe with a few meals, the many different areas to lounge, fire pits outside, workout room, hottub and business area. This hotel is located in an area that has many other restaurant options and shopping within a 1/2 mile. The only minor criticism I have would to change the mattress in the rooms. The bed...

"I would rated the hotel higher except for the following issues: we stayed for 3 days and our room was never cleaned, the shower door opens inward so you get wet with cold water when you turn the tap on and the ev chargers were not working."

"The first room we had when we got there was great but on the way back from vacation. The second room needed so much update. They said they were renovating, but they didn't have to give us the worst shower and bathroom."

"For the price in Wichita Falls it was decent and clean and the staff was awesome. There was breakfast that I didn’t eat, but it smelled good and the area was well kept clean. I’m not going to lie. It’s not a five star hotel. It’s a little shabby around the edges and probably need some stuff down to it but the fridge and the microwave work. The bathroom was clean. They gave me plenty of towels. The sheets were fine and other than maybe updating the pillows I have no notes. It’s a much better...

"The water was luke warm at best so showering wasn't fun. Other than that though, it was a nice stay."

"Nice staff"
