"Construction made it so noisy. Staff were rude. I couldn’t turn the bathroom light off properly. Bathroom door broken. Staff are always so unhelpful and rude. The rooms are so tiny for the price. It’s such and place to stay. Pool beds are reserved by large groups with multiple towels early in the day and not monitored by staff so it is impossible to sit by the pool. There is also no reception in the rooms (ibis). Staff couldn’t care less. Very unhelpful. "

The jack hammer noise during the day reverberated throughout the hotel, with no offer of any compensation to the guests"
