"Wonderful Stay and Excellent Customer Service! We had a great stay at Fairfield Inn! The hotel was very nice, clean, and located in a great area. Everything was comfortable and well-maintained. I especially want to recognize James, who helped us with both check-in and check-out. He was extremely friendly, welcoming, and professional. His customer service was absolutely on point! It’s always nice to come across someone who genuinely makes guests feel welcome and appreciated. Overall, we had a...

"Staff was very nice"

"The hotel overbooked the double queen rooms, so we got a king with a sofa bed. This was frustrating as that is NOT what I booked. There was also a very loud argument happening in the hallway outside of our door that frightened my children (screaming, banging on the walls, doors slamming) and when I reached out to the front desk, I was basically asked "what do you want me to do about it". "Very nice for the price"

"Very convenient location near Twin Creeks Park where my daughter had a softball tournament. Appliances including washer and dryer worked (didn’t use stove) and beds were comfortable. Power was off briefly the day we were packing up to leave, but came back on. Not sure why since it was nice outside. I would recommend staying here if in town."

"Staff was friendly, room was clean and safe, my only issue was the traffic noise, if you’re a light sleeper, ask for a room on the back side of the hotel away from the highway noise, otherwise i recommend this hotel."

"Room was clean as well as the whole facility. Staff was very friendly and helpful."

"Cleanest hotel I have stayed at in this price point."

"Luxurious shower, Super Clean!, and great breakfast. Room is well appointed with bowls, utensils, etc. The breakfast eggs were made to order by a friendly cook. I had an omelet. It and the bacon and eggs were delicious. We will definitely stay here again."

"The hotel was great, staff was nice."

"The stay was fine but they double charged me for the one night stay"

"Great staff"
