"We were initially put in a room that was dusty and had a (small) mouse. But after a sleepless night we were moved to the Pinnacles building which was amazing! Staff was very responsive to our needs and did everything they could once we alerted them to the problem. One thing to note is the we were there during a heat wave and not all rooms are air conditioned- we had no idea. "This is an older motel that when speaking with the lady at the desk said was just acquired by a new owner last fall. They have done a lot of work to the rooms and exterior of the building with all new everything in the rooms. It is an older place but it being brought up to modern standards and amenities. They are still in the process of getting their vintage sign restored and a few exterior upgrades but I would highly recommend. Has the potential to be one of the nicest motels in the Luray area....
