"Where I appreciate the kiosks for check in, this should be an after hours requirement only. Not all the time. This really is a deterrent.
There’s no one to let know that the pool has pool furniture in it and it get taken care of. There’s no one to speak to with simple questions regarding the area.
The shampoo and soaps smelled HORRIBLE. This is supposed to be available for short stays so visitors don’t have to pack a bunch of stuff. There was no bath mat for the floor and only 2 towels....
