"I hope you do not have any issues as the customer support rep spoke to me with such a nasty disgusting attitude it made it the worst experience I’ve had while traveling in a long time.
When I asked to speak with the manager he told me the managers don’t accept calls from customers. When I asked for the email of the manager he refused to give me that and said they didn’t allow customer emails either.
A property manager who refuses to have any communication with a paying customer? Never heard of...
