The view from our room was absolutely delightful, the river was serene and stunning. Even though the hotel is right next to the freeway it is lush and wooded on the river side and the birds chirping are louder than the traffic. I will say the walls are thin and our neighbors were pretty noisy. It is a pretty basic place, clean and well maintained and the desk clerk was sweet. But that river view balcony elevates the stay.

The staff was pleasant, helpful and everyone seemed to be happy to be there! Breakfast was exceptional with a bunch of options, including make-your-own waffles, in a welcoming, clean lobby. Clean, cozy room with all the standard amenities. Will definitely stay here again when we need a spot in this area.

The staff was very nice, the rooms were clean. The bed and pillows were much firmer than I like (I usually bring my own pillow but forgot). Woke up stiff and a little sore. I’d read there was a good breakfast but it was hard boiled eggs, sausage gravy with biscuits and make your own waffles. If you’re a carb eater it’s a good assortment. It’s a nice place for an overnight stay but at the price point I’d have wanted a softer bed and scrambled eggs with bacon or sausage. I’d rate it a 7.5/10.

Clean updated room. Welcoming staff. My only suggestion would be more protein options for breakfast, it was very carb/sugar heavy. Greek yogurt and/or some sausage that is separate from the biscuits and gravy. Overall a pleasant stay.
