Breakfast plentiful and fresh. Outdoor pool awesome -kids had a blast w/a few round tables to have pizza and snacks. Most importantly was how awesome and helpful staff is; Robin and kitchen staff where both amazing and made stay warm and welcoming. 5 star hotel no but like I mentioned certainly warm and welcoming.

The staff are very polite, especially the woman who was working at breakfast. I have no complaints about them—only praise! The building reeks of marijuana, and the pillows smelled of sweat. It’s an “okay” hotel for the price if you just need a place to spend the night, but if you’re traveling with family—as I was—it is absolutely not recommended.

We just used it to sleep and for a quick breakfast. The hallway carpet needs to be at least vacuumed better, the hall and front area reeked of Marijuana. The room could have been cleaner. Floors were dirty and bathroom vanity had stuff dripping down the front fascia. Bed were clean and comfortable.

The gentleman who staffed the desk at check-in had no personality. Very nice, seems like he didn't want to be there. Room was clean and breakfast was hot and abundant with a variety of food. Eggs, sausage fruit etc. very good. The staff at breakfast could not have been more helpful. Very personable and helpful. Made sure the food was hot and plentiful. The staff was so helpful and attentive to my needs. They were compassionate. The room was simple and clean Dior was the night manager and assured me that if I needed anything she was . I am dealing with serious health issues and the staff responded!! I highly recommend. C. Terry

There was had a strong bleach smell due to the moisture in the room and on the floor in the bed and bathrooms. This made the room floors both slippery dirty! The mattress needs to be replaced due to sagging in the middle. The shampoo and soap dispenser was hanging precariously on the wall in the shower. The outdoor pool was well maintained; breakfast had many hot and cold selections; and parking was plentiful.
