"Everything was great. The only complaints were the lack of cleanliness of the mattress cover on the pullout couch--we think that may have been due to crumbs etc. in the couch that got transferred onto the clean linen. We did have to go to the front desk that night to get a replacement since housekeeping was done for the day, but it was not a big deal. There was also some dried goop on the tile in front of the fireplace. Again, not a big deal at all, but we were concerned they might have thought it was from us. Overall, the unit was very clean and comfortable, and communication with the host was great."
